– The cucumber roll is only 136 calories and is among the lowest calorie sushi rolls available. It has zero grams of fat and is a good source of silica, a compound that promotes healthy skin, nails, and hair. Cucumber rolls also provide a good dose of potassium for lower blood pressure.

– The spicy tuna roll has 11 grams of fat per roll and is 290 calories, on average. The calorie count for this roll can change, though, depending on how much spicy mayonnaise the chef adds. If you want this roll to be extra healthy, order it without the mayonnaise mix, and maybe add a bit of wasabi for spice instead.
